We are confident that PRC can be effectively used in the construction of jacking pipes. Therefore, we will maintain its characteristics and create an open-trench pipe so that more neighborhoods can benefit from using this product.
Pipes are connected spigot-to-spigot using a stainless steel sleeve, which acts as a bridge between the pipe ends. An EPDM rubber ring is mounted on each spigot, providing a permanent seal against leakage. Wooden chipboard is placed between each pipe to evenly distribute the jacking force during installation. The joints are tested and proven to withstand a minimum of 4 bar hydrostatic pressure, both internally and externally. During installation, users must ensure proper alignment and push the spigot end into the stainless steel sleeve for a secure fit.
It is made specifically for Malaysia, with sizes and thicknesses that match local industry standards and soil conditions. This ensures that it is durable and reliable in all types of projects.
It offers an economical solution while meeting product quality requirements. Their lightweight nature and compatibility with smaller machinery make installation easier and more cost-effective.
It’s built for heavy-duty projects, has thicker walls, withstand higher jacking forces in tough soil, and offers greater impact strength and stress resistance compared to S-type pipes.
Pipes inner surface may coated with additional layer of liner as finishing touch. Color can be customized as per user preference.
Packing service is available and being practiced for pipes with inner diameter of 300 or below. All TPP pipes are delivered with EPDM rubber ring secured with adhesive and wrapped with layers of films to avoid unnecessary damage and foreign object affecting joint performance. This is our effort to diminishing defective during transport related activities while expediting the whole process: delivery-to-installation in quick and safe manner.
To put ourselves in customer’s shoe, we have come out with a convenient and effective way. We will have the rubber ring glued and fixed in advance, after that, wrapped with a layer of black anti-ultraviolet material so that the rubber ring is well protected from the ultraviolet radiation.
